Our founder Jose Perez-Martinez brings 26 years of combined experience in Mycology, Plant Pathology, and Research & Development, and has a proven track record in managing successful IPM programs. Holding both a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Master of Science in Botany with a focus on Mycology, he has developed a deep understanding of plant health, disease management, and sustainable pest control strategies. Jose has authored and co-authored over 20 scientific papers published in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
Jose has successfully led large-scale IPM programs, overseeing scouting, pesticide application, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. His experience spans commercial greenhouse and field trials, disease diagnostics, and sustainable pest control solutions.
